Forgetting an important night

Rai came home and noticed the kids were all gone. She shrugged it off. John sometimes got the kids if he had the time off. She went upstairs to the shower.

Jared smiled as he finished the back yard. Tonight was going to be special since it was the most important day in their relationship.

Rai started the shower and got in.

Jared walked back into the house and heard the shower "Rai?"

Rai couldn't hear him over the shower.

He shrugged it off as he waited on her

Rai got out and wrapped the towel around her body. She walked into the bedroom.

Jared walked into the room and wrapped his arms around her

She relaxed into him. "Hey."

"Hey."

She looked up at him. "Your in a good mood."

"Why wouldnt I be when today is something to be happy about."

Rai pulled him down and kissed his cheek then pulled away to start drying off.

Jared smiled sitting down

Rai put on some boyshorts and one of his t-shirts before she started brushing her hair.

Jared watched her a little confused "That is what your wearing?"

Rai looked at him. "Why wouldn't I?"

"Cause of tonight.":

Rai sat her brush down confused.

"You forgot didnt you."

Rai thought about it then groaned. "Oh no."

Jared sighed

"Babe I am so so so so so so so so so sorry."

He looked at her "We had this night planned for months now."

"I know I've just been working like crazy and then the kids and I haven't been sleeping." She sat down with a sigh.
